Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. If a rating, review count or price on this site does not match the source, we want to know.
What to send
- A correction. Tell us the page, the figure you think is wrong, and ideally a link to the source. We check it and update the score if the evidence supports it.
- A data dispute. If you run one of the companies we score and our numbers are out of date, send what has changed and where we can verify it.
- A provider we missed. Useful, especially for categories still being built. Inclusion is free and always will be — there is nothing to buy.
- A methodology argument. If you think a weight is wrong, make the case. The formula is published precisely so it can be argued with.
What not to bother sending
We do not sell placement, do not accept payment to change a score, and do not remove companies because they dislike their position. Those requests get a polite no.
